What you are buying
We sell contact collections covering hotels and similar properties that work with content creators. A country collection covers one country. The complete collection covers every country we publish.
Each collection is supplied as a spreadsheet and a PDF and contains, for each property, the city, the property name, the best contact address we hold, and the Instagram handle where we hold one. Collections also include pitch templates.
What you are not buying
- We are not an agency and we do not arrange stays. Every approach to a property is yours to make.
- We do not promise that any property will reply, accept a collaboration, or offer anything at all.
- We do not promise any level of income. Results depend entirely on your own work and portfolio.
- Contact addresses are published by the properties themselves. Most are house inboxes rather than named individuals. The proportion that reach a named person is stated on our website and in the collections.
The collection is accurate on the day it is issued
Properties change staff, change addresses and close. A collection is a record of what we hold at the time it is compiled, not a live feed, and it will age.
Delivery
Collections are sent by email to the address used at checkout. We aim to send within two hours of payment and always within one working day. If nothing has arrived, write to us and we will resend.
Your right to change your mind
Because a collection is digital content sent immediately, you ask us to begin delivery straight away when you pay, and you accept that the fourteen day withdrawal right under EU consumer law ends once we have sent it. Before delivery, you can cancel and we refund you in full. Our refunds page sets out the cases where we refund anyway.
How you may use it
- You may use your collection for your own outreach, for as long as you like.
- You may not resell it, republish it, share it, or make it available to anyone else, in whole or in part.
- You may not use it to send bulk unsolicited mail. Write to properties individually and personally.
- You are responsible for complying with the marketing and data protection laws that apply where you are.
The collections are our work and our property. Copying, reselling, republishing or redistributing them, in whole or in part, ends your right to use your copy, with no refund, and we will pursue it. This includes uploading a collection anywhere it can be downloaded by someone who has not paid for it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
When we can refuse a sale
We can refuse or cancel an order, and refund it, if we believe a collection is being bought in order to resell or republish it, or by someone whose access we have previously ended. This is rare and it is not something we do lightly.
Liability
We provide the collections in good faith and take care over the data, but we do not accept liability for a contact that no longer works, for a property that does not reply, or for any loss arising from how you choose to use a collection. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If these terms change
The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. A change never affects a collection you have already bought, since those terms were the ones in force when you paid.
