Who holds your data
LJ Group Ltd EOOD, registered in Bulgaria, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Write to info@hotelsforcreators.com with any question or request.
What we collect
- When you buy. Your name, email address, country and the details of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe, who handle your card details directly. We never receive them.
- When you email us. Whatever you choose to write, plus your email address, so we can reply.
- When you browse. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Why we hold it
To send you what you paid for, to answer your messages, to keep records that tax and accounting law require us to keep, and to protect the site against abuse.
Our legal basis
We process your order details because we need them to deliver what you bought, which is our contract with you. We keep accounting records because the law requires it. We keep server logs because we have a legitimate interest in a site that stays online and is not abused. We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, to take payment.
- Our email provider, to deliver your collection and reply to you.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the site.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Data leaving Europe
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which is the safeguard EU law requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted.
Keeping it safe
Everything between your browser and this site travels encrypted. Card details never reach us at all, because Stripe handles them directly. No system online is perfectly secure, but we do not hold what we do not need, which is the best protection there is.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
If this policy changes
The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. If anything material changes, we will say so here rather than quietly rewriting it.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout in order to process your payment securely.
